Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By using the service you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Atlas Consensus aggregates and analyzes public market and macroeconomic sources to produce scored signals, research dossiers, and AI-assisted intelligence searches. It is a research aid. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or manage portfolios, and it makes no promise about the accuracy, completeness, or future performance of anything it surfaces.

Access is sold as monthly subscriptions (Beginner, Analyst, Professional). Each tier has its own usage limits, including a daily cap on AI intelligence searches, described at checkout and on the pricing page. Founding-member pricing, where offered, remains fixed only while your subscription stays continuously active. If you cancel and resubscribe later, current list pricing applies.

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, and you are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for the first month automatically, and monthly thereafter. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal: cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not pro-rate partial months. Because you can test the full product free for 7 days before any charge, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts. We still honor refund rights you have under applicable consumer law (including Brazil's Consumer Protection Code where it applies), and we may grant discretionary refunds case by case.

You agree not to: resell, redistribute, or publicly republish Atlas output as your own product; scrape, crawl, or bulk-export the service; share one account across multiple people; attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or billing; or use the service to break any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the fair-use search limits.

The platform, its interface, scoring, and curation are ours. Underlying facts and third-party source material belong to their respective owners. You may use Atlas output for your own research and internal decisions; you may not present it as an independent, verified financial recommendation.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; AI-generated analysis can contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, missed gains, or decisions made using the service.

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination your access ends; the disclaimers and liability limits in these terms survive.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new last-updated date and, where required, notified by email. Continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Conset Group is established.

Atlas Consensus and Conset Group are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial institutions. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalized investment advice or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Signals, scores, dossiers, and search results are automated, informational outputs that may be inaccurate or out of date, and are produced in part by AI systems that can make mistakes. Past patterns do not predict future results. You should do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision. You alone are responsible for your investments, and you use Atlas Consensus at your own risk.
